Purpose:
Under the scheme of delegations the Cabinet Lead for Operations, Environment Services and NORSE authorises £50,000 to be made available to call down on should the OPE work require additional funds, above the grant funding which was successfully bid for, to carry out feasibility work. As the work progresses it may be necessary for HBC to supplement and match part of this funding.
Decision:
The Cabinet Lead for Operations, Environmental Services and NORSE gives approval for £50,000 to be made available to the Head of Development in order to fund the potential One Public Estate – Havant Civic Campus feasibility work.
