Decision details

1          officers can proceed with the process of implementing a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) in Pepper Close, Church Rd. and Mill Rythe Service Rd, and undertake the public consultation regarding the proposed changes;

2          officers can bring the proposed TRO into force except where:

            a)     10 or more representations from separate addresses are received (and not withdrawn) which are in objection to the officer recommendation; and/or

            b)     Where a local ward Councillor has called in the proposed works
