Purpose:
This decision extends the existing Public Space Protection order (dogs), which was issued in April 2017, for a year and amends the May to September Seafront ban area to reflect the 2020 Blue Flag application.
Decision:
(a) The existing Public Space Protection Order (Dogs) be extended to 30th April 2021, and
(b) The order in relation to the seasonal beach exclusion of Dogs on Hayling be varied in line with the 2020 Blue Flag application.
