RESOLVED that Councillor Ken Smith be appointed Chairman for this meeting.

Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Buckley, Keast, Guest, The Mayor and Mayoress (Cllrs G and Mrs E Shimbart)

The Council considered Cabinet minute 63/02/2012 which recommended the Council bestow the Freedom of the Borough upon the 47^th Regiment. It was proposed by Councillor Branson and seconded by Councillor Blackett that the Cabinet minute be approved and adopted.

RESOLVED that Cabinet Minute 63/02/2012 be approved and adopted.
