The Council considered recommendations from the Cabinet at its meeting on 2 October 2013 in connection with the following matters:

(A)       Havant Borough Local Plan (Allocations): Publication

(B)       Interim Policy Statement: Housing Development on Unallocated Sites

            (Reports circulated with the agenda for the Cabinet meeting on 2 October, recommendations from the Cabinet to be tabled at this meeting)

The Council considered Cabinet minute 29/10/2013 which recommended approval of the Havant Borough Local Plan (Allocations): Publication.

Prior to the debate on this item the Mayor invited members of the Council to put questions to the officers for clarification.  Following the debate it was

RESOLVED that Cabinet Minute 29/10/2013 be approved and adopted.

The Council considered Cabinet minute 30/10/2013 which recommended approval of the Interim Planning Policy Statement.

To appoint one member and two standing deputies to represent the Council on the Langstone Harbour Board for the remainder of the 2013/14 municipal year, following the resignation of Councillor Johnson.

The Leader of the Council has agreed to this urgent item in view of the need to make this appointment as soon as possible.

RESOLVED that the following members be appointed to represent the Council on the Langstone Harbour Board:
