To approve the minutes of the Site Viewing Working Party held on 24 and 27 May 2021

The Minutes of the meeting of the Development Management Committee Site Viewing Working Party held on 24 and 27 May 2021 were agreed as a correct record.

There were no declarations of interest.

Proposal:   A material change of use of Land as a wedding and events venue and ancillary operational development to the material change of use.

Reason for Committee Consideration: Referral to Committee by the Director of Regeneration and Place

The members received a presentation from the officers outlining the report and familiarising the members with the site and the subject of the application. The Members also received a report setting out the key considerations of this application.

In response to factual questions raised by members of the Working Party, the officers advised that the alternative route to the site was over third-party land and not part of this application.

RESOLVED that, based on the site inspection and information available at the time, the following information be provide to the Planning Committee:

a)    The transport survey undertaken by the applicant’s consultant; and

b)    The Highway review of the right of way through Tournebury Farm
