There were no declarations of interests relating to matters on the agenda.

APP/22/00837 - Land at Cowplain School, Hart Plain Avenue, Waterlooville

 

Proposal: Erection of a 64 bed care home (within Use Class C2) and 6No. dwellings (within Use Class C3) with associated works including access, parking and landscaping.

Proposal:      Erection of a 64 bed care home (within Use Class C2) and 6No. dwellings (within Use Class C3) with associated works including access, parking and landscaping.

 

The site was viewed at in view of a request by a ward member that this application be determined by the Planning Committee.

 

The Working Party received a report by the Executive Head of Place.

 

The Working Party viewed the site, the subject of the application, to assess whether there were any additional matters that should be considered by the Planning Committee.

 

RESOLVED that, based on the site inspection and information available at the time, the following additional information be provided to the Planning Committee:

 

1.    The provision of sports facilities to the remainder of the site after development has taken place

Proposal: Loft conversion with 2No. pitched roof dormers and a rooflight to the front roof slope with a dormer to the rear.

The site was viewed in view of a request by a ward member that this application be determined by the Planning Committee.

 

The Working Party received a report by the Executive Head of Place.

 

The Working Party viewed the site, the subject of the application, to assess whether there were any additional matters that should be considered by the Planning Committee.

 

In addition to viewing the application site, the Working Party also viewed the site from the back garden and bedroom of 94 Westbourne Avenue, and from the back garden of 98 Westbourne Avenue.

 

RESOLVED that, based on the site inspection and information available at the time, no additional information be provided to the Planning Committee.
